By accessing or using AirCare India ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

AirCare India provides real-time air quality index (AQI) data, pollutant breakpoints, historical trend charts, and AI-generated health recommendations for cities in India. The Service is offered free of charge and without registration requirements.

The air quality data and health recommendations provided by AirCare India are for informational and general guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice.

• Do not rely solely on AirCare India data for medical decisions.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns related to air quality exposure.

• AQI readings are sourced from OpenWeatherMap and may differ from readings by government agencies such as CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board).

• Real-time data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

AirCare India aggregates data from third-party sources (primarily OpenWeatherMap). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AQI readings or health advice generated by AI models. Users should cross-reference critical decisions with official government AQI portals (e.g., aqicn.org, CPCB AQI Bulletin).

The Health Advisor feature generates responses using a third-party large language model (Llama via OpenRouter). AI-generated health tips:

• Are based on general AQI categories and user-provided activity descriptions.

• Have not been reviewed or validated by medical professionals.

• Should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• May occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific health condition.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could impair, overload, or damage the Service infrastructure.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.

• Use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

• Misrepresent AirCare India data as official government AQI data.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these conditions.

The AirCare India name, logo, user interface design, and original code are the intellectual property of the creator. Air quality data is provided under OpenWeatherMap's terms of service. AI-generated advice is produced by third-party models and not claimed as original creative work by AirCare India.

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party websites and APIs (OpenWeatherMap, OpenRouter). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirCare India and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to reliance on inaccurate AQI data or AI health recommendations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
